We transform the lives of young people living with a disability by empowering them to learn, earn and live a life of purpose. We do this through an individualised, holistic, responsive, and strengths-based capacity building service. As a registered provider, we empower them to develop their confidence, their skills, and their resilience through our suite of experiential capacity building programs.

We have been delivering NDIS programs from our Adelaide site on Sturt Street since 2019 and are now excited to bring those supports to a new Salisbury office. Walkable (3 mins) from the Salisbury Interchange it opens up our programs to everyone in the North.

Preparation for pathway exploration

For some young people, developing the confidence and skills to catch public transport is a first step in exploring their pathway. Our travel training program empowers them to be more independent in the community and eliminate travel supports. The saving in funding empowers them to build their longer term capacity.

Pathway exploration

For young people who want to explore a specific potential employment pathway, they can test their interest through our hands on learning programs in barista, cooking, gardening and landscaping, or career development itself. Importantly, they will also develop their employability skills that they can use wherever their pathway takes them. For those who want to build their social confidence, our Dungeons and Dragons social skills capacity building program might be a starting point. For others who want to become more motivated, adaptable and brave, our resilience program may be suitable. For some who want to work on their strength and fitness to get and keep a more physically active job, our resilience and fitness for work program could be a brilliant fit. We also offer our driving skills program as we recognise most employment requires a driver’s licence. This is only when they are active in another of our programs. This empowers them holistically to not only achieve employment, but to fund the costs of driving.

Transition to Employment

When they are ready enough, we empower the young person to gain industry exposure through volunteering and work experience and will build their skills for resumes and job interviews. Using our partnerships with our preferred Disability Employment Providers, we will create an individualised structure of support while they are in transition to not just getting a job, but most importantly, keeping it.

Employment Success

Their employment success is a testament to their inspiring efforts, our intensive, holistic and responsive human centred service model, and our partnerships with their family, NDIS stakeholders, DES providers, and of course employers. You can read about their employment successes here.
